1. General
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www-vox-demo.zzc.hr and the online food ordering service of Vox catering. By using the website or placing an order you accept these terms. We may amend them; changes take effect when published on this page.
2. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep the menu, prices and other information accurate and up to date. Photos are illustrative. In case of an obvious error in a price or description we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
3. Orders
By submitting an order through the online ordering system you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the restaurant confirms the order – you receive the confirmation on screen and/or by e-mail. The restaurant may decline an order, for example if the address is outside the delivery area, if the restaurant is closed or if the order cannot be fulfilled. You must be at least 18 years old to order.
4. Delivery
Delivery is only possible to addresses within our delivery zones and subject to the minimum order amount for each zone. Current zones, minimum amounts and delivery fees are published on the Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Orders are delivered to the main entrance of the given address. Risk passes to the customer on handover.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT. You can pay in cash on delivery. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the restaurant has no access to your card details.
6. Cancellation and complaints
A confirmed order cannot be cancelled through the website – to cancel or change it, please call the restaurant at +385 91 404 0474. As the food is prepared to order, the right of withdrawal from distance contracts does not apply (Art. 79 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act). Please report any issue with the quality or accuracy of your order immediately on receipt to — or by phone.
7. Allergens
Allergen information is available on request. If you have an allergy or special dietary requirements, please mention it in the order note or contact us before ordering.
8. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, photos, logos) belongs to the restaurant or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or the ordering system, or for the content of third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; otherwise the competent court at the restaurant's registered seat has jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
